Ordering

We only take orders via our website. We cannot take orders for any online-shop item via the telephone or email.

Payment

All orders placed online must be paid for via the website. All online payments are handled by PayPal, we do not store or hold any payment details. We cannot take payment over the telephone or via email. No items will be shipped unless paid for in full.

Shipping/Posting

All items will be sent either by Royal Mail, or via a courier of our choosing based on the size of order placed. Once the order has been despatched, you will receive an email with the method of shipping and any tracking numbers. Postage/shipping costs are charged from £0.75, up to a maximum of £2.35

Quantity Discounts

Any quantity discounts will be shown against the item.
